When you apply for a job on reed.co.uk, your profile information and CV will be emailed to the recruiter and shown in their account.
When you register with reed.co.uk, your details are made available to Reed's recruitment consultants. In addition, you can set yourcontact preferencesto 'Allow recruiters to find me' when you register to let recruiters find your CV and contact you with details of relevant jobs.
CV size is sometimes inflated by hidden formatting. If your CV document is over the 1MB limit, you can try the following:
- Remove any tables or images from your CV
- Copy and paste the text of your CV into notepad, and then copy and paste it back into your Word document
