Production Operative (Current Employee) - Corwen
You‘ll work just as hard if not harder and get less pay, 80% agency work force. Also will limit the number of people allowed off at any one time without consolation for a 5 week period and thank you in such a way it makes it seem it was with everyone‘s approval.

A bonus for full time workers only, doesn‘t matter how many years you work there for as agency you won‘t get one. Best bit is they try to keep it a secret. You‘ll never be taken at their Cynwyd site.
